Chi Kung - 8 week class
For thousands of years, the Chinese have practiced Chi Kung (pronounced "Chee Gong") to cultivate and balance their life energy, or chi, and promote self healing. Chi is an innate energy in all of us that you can access through Chi Kung movements, breathing techniques and meditation.
During this 8-week class, you will learn how to calm your mind and relish moments of deep peace. Master Ko will introduce a variety of seated, lying and standing meditation postures as well as moving and laughing Chi Kung. He will also lead exercises to reopen your meridian channels and boost your energy.
