    Mind-Body Stress Management - 3 Sessions (Mountain View)

    This class is held three weeks in a row beginning on the listed start date. This is a basic stress management class to help you understand the mind-body connection as a first step in managing stress and feeling better mentally and physically. You will learn to recognize the sources of stress in your life and the impacts that stress has upon you; develop practical relaxation, coping and awareness practices to maximize your well-being and empower you to make healthy choices; and reduce and manage stress to feel better mentally and physically and respond more effectively to challenges. The class includes guided instruction in mindfulness meditation, gentle movement exercises, practical coping skills for dealing with stress and group support and discussion.

    Class fee includes materials and guided CD.
