Birth Express condenses the Childbirth Preparation series into a three hour class that meets once. It goes over the process of labor and delivery, comfort techniques, including breathing and relaxation exercises, pain relief options, interventions and cesarean births. This is a great class for those who have previously given birth or are looking to review the birth process once. The price of the class is $45/couple. The classes are held at the Sutter Warrack Campus located at 2449 Summerfield Rd, Santa Rosa, 2nd floor.
