    Drop-in class. This informal drop-in group focuses on breastfeeding techniques, benefits, and emotional support. Facilitated by an Alta Bates Summit board-certified Lactation Consultant. Next class : July 17

    Individual 1 to 1-1/2 hour private consultations with an Alta Bates Summit board-certified Lactation Consultant are available by appointment at the Ashby Campus in Berkeley. Next class : To Be Announced

    Alta Bates Summit patients and employees can experience the benefits of massage from our certified massage therapists. Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Zen Shiatsu, Hand & Foot reflexologies, and more. Next class : To Be Announced
    This informal drop-in group covers topics of interest to new parents. This support group is a drop-in event, so registration is not required. The fee for this group is $10.00 per drop-in session or $45 for a 5 session package. Next class : July 19
    The New Parent Support Group is an informal drop-in session for new parents (and their babies) in a supportive setting in which to share parenting experiences. Next class : July 19
