    Sutter and Injoy have partnered to offer an Understanding Birth eClass, a six week on line childbirth course through active learning modules. Next class : To Be Announced
    Community Health Resource Center: This lecture will provide an overview and discuss options for dealing with fibroid tumors, a leading cause of heavy bleeding, painful cramps, and difficulty getting pregnant. Next class : November 6
    Our unique physical therapy class provides information on bladder health, a list of factors that influence continence, an exercise program to help manage and decrease incontinence episodes and techniques to improve quality of life. Next class : To Be Announced
    This class reviews the most current information regarding vaginal birth after having had a previous cesarean or c-section. Discussion includes VBAC advantages, risks, and hospital procedures. Next class : October 8
