Anxiety is a common consequence of living and managing life’s conflicting needs and demands. It is a normal reaction to stress and can motivate people to work harder to attain goals and solve problems.
Symptoms of Anxiety
Healthy coping skills can be diminished and work and home life negatively impacted when the feeling of anxiety is excessive and irrational fears become disabling. It is disabling if the anxiety lasts most of a day and it is difficult to control the sense of worry.
