Inpatient Adolescent Program
The Alta Bates Summit Adolescent Inpatient Program is Northern California’s most comprehensive and fully integrated psychiatric program for adolescents ages 12-17.
Patients are encouraged to draw from their individual strengths to restore their maximum functioning and preserve self-respect.
The 34-bed locked unit has separate areas for girls and for boys, and we treat patients within the context of the family, wherever possible.
