Referral Information

Therapists, psychiatrists, primary care doctors, hospital inpatient units, and other treatment programs refer patients to us. Patients and their families can also refer.

Intake Process

The intake process usually takes one week. First, the intake coordinator will verify patient’s insurance benefits and gather clinical information. Then, the patient will meet with the intake coordinator and if appropriate will start in one of our programs the following day.

Payment and Insurance Information

We accept private insurance, HMOs, and Medicare. A self-pay option is also available.

Location Information

We are located at the Herrick Campus of Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Berkeley (View Herrick Campus Map).

To get to the office, enter at the Dwight Way stairs and take the "A" elevator to the third floor. Go through the double doors and the intake office is across the hall to the left.
