Cancer Research & Clinical Trials

The Alta Bates Summit Comprehensive Cancer Center has an active clinical research program that gives many of our patients access to new treatment approaches that might not otherwise be available.

The Cancer Center’s research team works with National Cancer Institute-sponsored cooperative groups, as well as the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Clinical trials are currently being conducted in Medical and Radiation Oncology.
