    Lactation Program

    Alta Bates Summit Medical Center offers a wide variety of breastfeeding services to new mothers and their families including:

    • Prenatal / postpartum breastfeeding classes
    • Breast pump sales and rentals
    • Nursing bras and accesssories
    • Breastfeeding support groups

    We also offer individual consultation with one of our board certified Lactation Consultants in two locations: 3011 Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley and 3595 Mt. Diablo Blvd., Suite 350, in Lafayette. Please call (510) 204-7701 to make an appointment.
