Insurance Plans Accepted

The Peralta Outpatient Pharmacy accepts most third party prescription insurance plans, including, but not limited to Blue Cross, Blue Shield, HealthNet, Pacificare, Secure Horizons, and US Script.

We also fill prescriptions for patients without prescription coverage, and accept cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard.

Prescription Delivery Services

Prescriptions can be delivered to your home in Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, Piedmont and San Leandro.

Delivery is free to Health Access members.
