Program Costs and Insurance Information

Fees for the eating disorder program vary depending upon services provided, level of professional care, and time spent with the patient. Fees also vary by insurance coverage.

Our services are covered by most of the major insurance carriers. We are available to help you verify insurance coverage prior to admission into the program.

We currently have contracts with:

• Aetna
• Cigna
• Blue Cross
• Blue Shield
• HealthNet/MHN
• Kaiser
• Pacificare/United Behavioral Health

Notice: Please note that Sutter Health, on behalf of our network of providers, is currently in negotiations with several health plans to renew our contracts for 2012. Those health plans include Blue Shield, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, Aetna and Seniority Plus. We hope to successfully complete these renewals by the end of 2011 to avoid any disruptions in care and in the availability of the Sutter Health network. Please check with your health plan if you have questions about coverage or specific products offered.
