When will construction begin?
Our goal is to break ground for our new Patient Care Pavilion in October, 2010. It will take four years to complete the project.

How will this affect visitors and patients?
During this time parking and traffic may be different from what you are used to. We can expect congestion and some reduction in available street parking around the Summit Campus. You will see new sound walls and barriers around the demolition and construction site, heavy equipment and trucks. Construction workers with flags will be at intersections near the site to assist in the flow of traffic.
Please allow an extra 15 minutes before your usual arrival time for your scheduled appointment.

Where will I be able to park?
Patient-only parking is available in the Providence Garage (corner of Summit Street and Hawthorne Avenue), as well as the Merritt Garage (on 34th Street near Webster Street).
There is also limited on-street parking, as well as patient-valet service at the entrance of 3010 Summit Street.
