Dr. Eppley: What I can accomplish at a place like Alta Bates Summit is to have a team that I've worked with for many years and everyone knows what their role is and everyone is going to do it correctly every time and that's important to me.
Interviewer: Dr. Eppley and his colleagues use the latest innovative technologies, such as minimally invasive surgeries that are less painful and result in speedier recoveries and low rates of recurrence and we think that's important.
Dr. Eppley: I'm gratified when patients thank me for taking away their pain or improving their function so that they can return to activities they like and that's an important reason why I've continued to stay and work at Alta Bates Summit for so many years.
