Female Interviewer: Mothers in labor are not all the same. Some like ginger root in the room during labor. Others want a cup of soup or soothing music. Whatever you choose, Alta Bates Summit wants you to be comfortable and yes, babied. OB/GYNs like Dr. Christine Lee agree.
Dr. Christine Lee: Every pregnancy and labor and delivery can be very different. No one is the same.
Interviewer: Our Women and Infant Center of Excellence is recognized as one of the most respected birthing centers in Northern California.
Dr. Lee: We have a great team of nurses, physicians, an excellent high-risk team that provides constant support and that is very important.
Interviewer: As one of the region's largest and most experienced birthing centers, we make sure each mom feels special.
