Families and friends may find rest and helpful resources at our Family Resource Centers on the Summit Campus.

The centers offer:

• Comfortable, spacious relaxation areas
• Children's Room and Nap Pod (Merritt)
• Computer availability with internet access
• Wi-Fi wireless internet access
• Televisions, DVD and VCR players (Merritt)
• Medical Library with computers, printer, fax and health education materials (Go to Library Services)
• Restrooms
• Gift Shops nearby (Go to our Online Gift Shop )

Our helpful and caring staff assists visitors find a variety of information, including:

• Language interpreters
• TTY phone locations

Merritt Pavilion Family Resource Center

The Merritt Pavilion Family Resource Center is located at 350 Hawthorne Ave., 3rd floor, Oakland, near Surgery Services. This family resource center also offers a snack area/hospitality suite, children’s playroom, a nap pod, and consultation rooms.

The center is open:
Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m.

Providence Pavilion Family Resource Center

The Providence Pavilion Family Resource Center is located at 3100 Summit Street, Ground floor, Oakland. The center is also home to the Markstein Cancer Education and Prevention Services.

The center is open:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
