If you or your family have a question, concern or complaint about your stay, we suggest that you first discuss it with your nurse or nurse manager. If the issue remains unresolved, then call on the Patient Relations staff to help reach a resolution.
If you still don't have a satisfactory resolution, you may request a formal grievance review through Patient Relations. You can talk with a Patient Relations representative or file a complaint or grievance either during your stay or after your discharge.
The Patient Relations Department helps ensure that patients and their families have a positive experience at our medical center. Patient Relations representatives work closely with all departments and staff to achieve this goal.

At times, patients may wish to contact an outside agency instead of utilizing the hospital's grievance process. This is your right to do so. If your concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, you are encouraged to contact the Joint Commission.
