The particular focus of this group will be on dreams as tools for empowerment and healing.
- Dreamwork basics
- Understanding the meaning and significance of our dreams
- Increasing insight into our dreams with the help of a supportive group environment
- Exploring waking dreams, day dreams and sleeping dreams
10-week series: Tuesdays, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Please call Maura Singer Williams for upcoming dates, and before attending for the first time at (510) 204-4645.
