Welcome to all Alta Bates Summit staff, patients, and family members! We are here to provide you with reliable health and medical information.

There are three libraries connected with Alta Bates Summit Medical Center:

• Ashby Health Sciences Library located on the Alta Bates Campus is a general medical library.
• Herrick Library focuses on psychiatry and rehabilitation.
• Samuel Merritt University Library at the Summit Campus is also a full service, comprehensive medical library that serves physicians and students, as well as the community.

We can help you with PubMed Medline searching and access to other databases. We can also provide you with the full text of journal articles, even if they are not part of our collection.
