Hospital-Based

If you are hospitalized, the initial phase of the rehab continuum begins with Hospital-Based Services. When you are ready to move on, we help you transition to your next level of care.

Skilled Nursing

Skilled nursing is a rehabilitation program for patients who do not have the endurance to participate in, or require the intensity of, an inpatient rehabilitation program.

Inpatient Rehabilitation

Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Services facility includes a 39-bed unit at the Herrick Campus where our team provides intense interdisciplinary rehabilitation specializing in stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, general neurological disorders, general orthopedic conditions, and programs for multiple forms of trauma.

Outpatient Rehabilitation

Our comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation program provides orthopedic and neurological services to patients ranging from infants to the elderly. Our services include a Work Hardening program with Isenhagen Certification (an internationally recognized certification).
