Thunder Road Catering offers a wide variety of menu options for even the most discerning palette.

Appetizers

The selection of gourmet appetizers are suitable for brunches, luncheons, and dinner events and include Shrimp Bacon Skewers with Lemon Tarragon Sauce, Baked Goat Cheese Fresh Crostini Topped with Bell Pepper Stew, and Spring Rolls with Peanut or Plum Sauce.

Salads

An array of both warm and cold salads are available as part of a full meal, or as an entree dish. Some of the entree salads are Crispy Bacon Apple & Spinach Salad with Warm Curry Dressing, Tea Smoked Trout Salad with Grilled Pears & Lemon-Chive Dressing, and Grilled Paprika Chicken Salad with Grilled Corn Salsa.

Entrees

The choice of entrees ranges from open and closed sandwiches including Pork Roast Onion Chutney Sandwich, and Asparagus, Poached Egg, Parmesan & Prosciutto Tartine, to both traditional and gourmet pizzas such as Sicilian Style Pizza, to a variety of quiches, and gourmet dishes such as Roasted Lime & Chile Chicken Breast with Pico De Gallo, Sautéed Bass with Caper Beurre Blanc, and Wild Mushroom Risotto with Shaved Parmesan.

Deserts

There is also a large selection of deserts including cookies, cakes and puddings, including Oatmeal Lace Cookies, Russian Tea Cakes, and Coconut Bread Pudding with Pineapple Sauce.
